Vicky's Shoe Business & Journey of Confidence

On the day she was meant to speak, Victoria couldn't.

She hadn't slept the night before. She came in with a headache and was shaking through the session. Speaking in front of the group felt overwhelming.

A few weeks later, she stood in front of the same group and led a morning devotion.

At the end, she said:

"I know I am not perfect, but when I was called to do this, I said yes. This year, I want to grow."

We're 4 months into our current cohort of 8 mothers, and moments like this are shaping how we think about progress.

We're starting to see that it doesn't begin with confidence.

It begins with participation-often before someone feels ready.

That's shaping how we structure the program this year, from group sessions to one-on-one support.

If you're interested in how we're building around this, you can reach out.

And if you'd like to support the work, I'm happy to share more.
