Who We Are

About Us

What is the Women's Resilience Circle, and why we walk alongside the women of Narok.

Our Core Mission

Walking alongside women from surviving to thriving.

The Women's Resilience Circle is a one-year, cohort-based, non-residential program for women in Narok County, Kenya who have experienced trauma, abuse, loss, and other life-altering trials.

We believe that healing happens in community. By providing professional counseling, weekly home visits, financial education, and spiritual guidance, we walk step-by-step with each woman as she rebuilds her life and discovers her God-given potential.

How We Work

The Three Pillars of WRC

We believe that restoration is holistic—requiring emotional safety, financial tools, and personal guidance.

1

Safe Community

Many women enter our program in silence, carrying years of isolation. In the circle, they discover they are not alone. Sharing stories restores their voices and self-worth.

2

Economic Independence

We equip every cohort member with saving and budgeting tools. Each woman designs a viable business plan, which is supported with startup capital (such as goats, milk kiosks, or beadwork).

3

Individualized Care

By keeping each cohort restricted to 8 mothers, our psychologists, field officers, and volunteers can make weekly home visits and provide deep, personal, and continuous support.
