Victoria (Vicky)'s Story

On the day she was meant to speak, Victoria couldn't.

She hadn't slept the night before. She came in with a headache and was shaking through the session. Speaking in front of the group felt overwhelming.

A few weeks later, she stood in front of the same group and led a morning devotion. At the end, she said:

"I know I am not perfect, but when I was called to do this, I said yes. This year, I want to grow."

We're 4 months into our current cohort of 8 mothers, and moments like this are shaping how we think about progress.

We're starting to see that it doesn't begin with confidence. It begins with participation, often before someone feels ready.

That's shaping how we structure the program this year, from group sessions to one-on-one support.
